It is my pleasure to provide a Neighborhood Market Analysis for my neighborhood, Kings Grant. We are located off of Dorchester Rd. along the Ashley River. We've lived here around 17 years and absolutely love it. Great neighbors, love the pool and green spaces. Such a beautiful neighborhood for a leisurely walk with the family. Lush vegetation, majestic trees, azaleas, AMAZING.

I really like how these graphs make it easy to see what's going on with home sales in our neighborhood.

The For Sale/Under Contract Scattergram is a snap shot of May 21. You can see that there's only one house for sale, and the rest are Under Contract (with many of them under contract in a matter of days)
